Hi, I’m Dan Moynihan. I love to draw and tell stories. I live in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, where my wife Cathy and I enjoy walking around the pond looking for turtles and rabbits.
My first book, Hiding Dinosaurs, was named a Must Read Picture Book by the Massachusetts Center for the Book. Now I’m working on making more books, which I hope you will be able to read soon.
Earlier in this century, I created comics for Nickelodeon Magazine and Heeby Jeeby Comix. And before that, I self-published many zines and mini-comics, contributed to some anthologies, and did a bunch of other stuff.
I also enjoy visiting schools and libraries to share my stories and drawings with kids. Sometimes you might find me doing a workshop at a comic convention or an art festival. Sign up for my newsletter to learn about future events.
